It's one of my favorites from NY too. But haven't play it for so long.
Before I go on, let me share the story of this song a bit.

Neil Young did this song for and about Hank Williams' 1941 Martin guitar that somehow he now possesses it. And it's so true just like he said, we really don't own any guitar, we are just the current CUSTODIAN of it and when we're gone someone else will be the next custodian.

Let me paste the lyric of this song here, and before I leave USA for Thailand I'll upload to YT and put it here for Maow to watch.

And thanks for the asking Maow, I always love this kind of song but nobody ever asks me to play and now you did
