ช่วยจัดชุด PA ให้ด้วยครับ

เรื่องไมค์นั้นมีไว้ร้องอย่างเดียว ไม่มีใครเขาเอาไม้ค์ไปจ่อแอมป์หรือจ่อกลองหรอกครับ ขนาดเล่นที่หอประชุมจุฬาฯยังไม่มีไม้ค์จ่อเครื่อองดนครีเลยแม้แต่ชิ้นเดียว

ตอนที่ The Beatles เล่นที่ Shea Stadium ในปี 1965 นั้น ระบบ PA ที่ใช้สำหรับคนดูหกหมื่นกว่าคนที่กรี้ดกันสนั่นมีกำลังขับทั้งสิ้นแค่ 600 watts ลำโพงก็มีแค่ลำโพงปากแตรไม่มี woofer หรือ subwoofer ครับ stage monitor นั้นก็ไม่มีให้ใช้แต่ก็ไม่เห็นมีใครบ่นว่าไม่ใด้ยินเสียงตัวเองเลย ผมเห็นเด็กสมัยนี้ถ้าไม่มี monitor ก็เล่นไม่ใด้แล้วรู้สึกสมเพชครับ

Yeah, it was exactly like you mentioned in the good (BAD) old days!!! It seemed OK when we played in the clubs nights after nights after nights. I guess we got used to it (or we didn't know any better!).

But it was another new ball game when we had to play off-sites like in the Theaters, big hall like Chula or Thamasat auditorium or outdoor events or even at the TV stations (on-air)! We couldn't hear anything not even each of our own vocal, I guess we just put on our auto-pilot and went with it

I still remember one time we played in the forest (Khao Yai), I think it was sponsored by Chula students club. It was wild, man!! I mean you looked at those young kids dancing their hearts out in the moonlight with the natural night light and big trees (or should I say FOREST) in the background, and we couldn't hear any NOISE that we made because it was all absorbed by those trees and stuffs!!

Oh what good (BAD) old days we had. Ha, ha, ha
