First of all, thanks for your interest in our guitars and innovations. It seems that there needs to be some clarification on those comments. Your assumption is true about string tension. The "reduced string tension" we were referring to has more to do with the added "slack" the player feels in the strings while playing on the fretboard. The extra string length makes the strings feel a little more "light". We did not intend to indicate that the actual load of tension was reduced due to the extra length, but there is a feeling of more "flexibility" with the added length as the player experiences the fretboard.
I hope this helps to clarify what we were trying to say.

ผมรู้สึกว่าเสียงของกีต้าร์ยี่ห้อนี้ออกจะค่อนข้างคมในฐานะของคนฟัง อาจเป็นเพราะไม่มี soundhole ก็เป็นได้ แต่ในฐานะของผู้เล่นก็ไม่ทราบว่าเสียงจะออกมาในลักษณะใด แต่ผมคิดเอาเองว่าเสียงคงจะนุ่มนวลกว่านี้ และผู้เล่นเท่านั้นที่จะรับรู้ถึงความไพเราะของเสียงที่ได้จากตัวกีต้าร์ยี่ห้อนี้ เนื่องจากผู้เล่นจะได้ยินเสียงจากกีต้าร์แบบเต็มๆจาก soundport และการที่ไม่มี soundhole ก็อาจทำให้เสียงกีต้าร์ไม่กระจายออกไปด้านอื่นนอกจากเข้าหน้าผู้เล่นแบบเต็มๆ (ในกรณีที่ไม่ต่อแอมป์นะครับ) ดังนั้นผมจึงคิดว่ากีต้าร์ยี่ห้อนี้เป็นกีต้าร์ที่ต้องการให้ผู้เล่นรับรู้ถึงอรรถรสของเสียงจากตัวกีต้าร์มากกว่าต้องการแบ่งปันให้ผู้ฟังได้รับรู้ถึงอรรถรสเช่นนั้น ฉะนั้นถ้าต้องการได้รับรู้ถึงความไพเราะจากกีต้าร์ยี่ห้อนี้ก็ต้อง "เล่นเอง" อย่างเดียว
