ตามประวัติช่วงปี 80 ถึงกลาง 80 เนื่องจากยังไม่กำเนิดทรง O
ทรง F ในยุคซามูไรคงเป็นต้นแบบของ O ในปัจจุบัน

แต่ป้ายเหลี่ยมสีไข่ไก่ก็ยังมีรหัส L ปรากฏให้เห็นด้วยครับ

หลังจากโรงงาน K.Yairi ต้องปิดตัวไปตาจอร์จก็หอบผ้าหอบผ่อนกลับ Ireland แล้วก็เริ่มต้นใหม่ทำเองทุกอย่าง ตั้งแต่ Salesman, Guitar maker, Trainer, Businessman ประมาณว่าข้ามาคนเดียวเลยครับ เหมือนหนังบู๊เกรด B สไตล์ Charles Bronson บวก Chuck Norris

ยุคนี้เป็นป้าย Oval Shape แต่ขนาดเล็กกว่า Oval Shape ยุคต่อมาแล้วเป็นรหัส L ที่ทรงก็เหมือนกับ O ในปัจจุบันเลยครับ

Serial Numbers 0001 ? 1306 ผลิตที่ Bangor Northern Ireland workshops โดยมีตาจอร์จและลูกมือกลุ่มเล็กๆช่วยกันทำ ตั้งแต่ปลาย 1985 ถึงพฤศจิกายน 1988
