Can a Body Mass Index calculator determine the difference between muscle and fat?
I am a thin person .. I am 5ft6 and normally close to 100 pounds, but I am also really athletic. When I calculate my Body Mass Index it says that I have a higher part of body fat when I am more toned up, although I know this is not accurate. Is there a bmi calculator available that can determine what is muscle and what is fat?
