ไม่ได้ฟังเพลงของ The Beatles มาหลายสิบปีแล้วเพราะว่าไปฟังและศึกษาเพลงประเภทอี่นๆจนเกือบลืม....เมื่อไม่นานนี้มานั่งนึกเพลง "Happiness Is A Warm Gun" ก็จำได้ว่าเคยเล่นเพลงนี้ตอนสมัยเล่นอยู่กับ Napmandu แต่ไม่แน่ใจว่าใครเป็นคนร้องนำ ก็คงจะเป็นน้า Napmandu นี่แหละที่เล่น bass และร้องนำเพราะน้าแกตอนนั้นร้องได้เสียงสูงจัง (อย่างไม่ต้องใส่กางเกงอย่างคับขื่อ)

ที่แน่ใจที่สุดก็คือ ผมรักเพลงนี้เหลีอเกินและก็เกลียดเพลงนี้เหลีอเกินด้วย..ไม่เคยเล่นถูกต้องสักครั้งเดียว, หลงจังหวะและมั่วดำน้ำดำดินไปทุกทีเพราะว่าไม่เข้าใจกับ time signature เลย..... อะไรก็ไม่รู้ เพลง jazz ที่มี 5/4 time signature อย่างเพลง Take Five ผมว่าเล่นไม่ยากหรอกเพราะอย่างน้อยมันก็เป็น 5/4 ไปตลอดทั้งเพลง แต่เพลง "Happiness Is A Warm Gun" นี้มีหลาย movement และหลาย time signature ด้วย ฟังก็ง่าย เล่นก็ยาก ปวดหัวจริง และเป็นเพลง pop ที่พิสดารที่สุดที่ผมได้เคยเล่นมา มันมีจังหวะแบบ 4/4, 5/4, 3/8, 9/8, 10/8......ไม่เชื่อก็ลงเอาไปเล่นกันซิ ! แล้วก็บอกมือกลองให้เตรียมเอาหลวงพ่อติดตัวมาด้วย......เผื่อหลง.
