I also have a short story to tell about this Thierry,

few years back I had a chance to talk to him when Carabao went on USA tour. Od (Anupong Prathompatama) the bass player is my younger friend since I played in BKK in late 60s and also Kirati Promsaka Na Sakon Nakhon (Khiao) but Khiao didn't go with Carabao on that trip.

I went to their concert on Hollywood Blvd. and chit-chat with them while the sound engineers doing sound check on the stage. I didn't know Thierry before but we had a one on one conversation almost half an hour before he went on the stage.

I really like this guy, he's so humble and really down to earth and very polite despite his fame. He told me about the time when he's studying in New york and stuffs, told some jokes and offered his Caraboa guitar for me to feel it unplugged. I didn't know him before but after that casual conversation he made me feel like I've known him before, it's kind of strange feeling but good one.

To me, this guy is for real, he's a good man.

I'm pretty sure he doesn't remember me but I will always remember him even if these are just one of the only few times in our lives that we happened to crossed path. (just for the record; this picture was taken when we were at "Thailand Plaza restaurant on Hollywood Blvd)


And this guy was even more funny but that is another story (This picture was taken in front of "Suan Tal restaurant, Maew's favorite Thai restaurant on Hollywood Blvd)

ผมว่าถ้าน้าเทียรี่มาเจอภาพนี้ ต้องจำน้าnapได้แน่ๆครับ
เวลาผมไปต่างประเทศแล้วเจอคนไทย ผมจะจำได้แม่นเลยครับ
