เราเอาเพลงนี้มาแกะเล่นกันมั้ยครับ ฝึกๆกันไว้หน่อยนะ

Here I go;

Think I'll go out to Alberta,
Weather's good there in the fall.
I got some friends that I can go a'working for,
Still I wish you'd change your mind
If I asked you one more time,
But we've been through that a hundred times or more.

Four strong winds that blow lonely,
Seven seas that run high,
All those things that don't change, Come what may.
but our good times are all gone,
And I'm bound for moving on.
I'll look for you if I'm ever back this way.

If I get there before the snow flies,
And if things are looking good,
You could meet me if I send you down the fare.
But by then it would be winter
there ain't much for you to do
And the winds sure can blow cold way out there

I'm glad you like this song just like I do. Yes, it's another sad song of another love that gone sour. As you may know it's written by Ian Tyson the Canadian singer/songwriter.

I went to Canada just twice in my life. First time in 1984 (Vancouver) and second time in 1993 passing through British Columbia on routed to Alaska with my family on a month vacation driving trip but didn't have enough time to turn to Alberta.

At those times Canada was still very much virgin from the external influences. Canada is a big country with very little population even for now. Along BC (British Columbia) route it was a very nice drive with lots of big pine trees blanketed most of the landscape. It's one of my fond memory trips that I've ever taken.

There are some other Canadian musicians that I like too besides Neil Young such as Anne Murray, Joni Mitchell, Gordon Lightfoot, and if I'm correct I think Diana Krall is also Canadian. And most of the time whenever I heard this song (Four strong winds) it somehow reminded me of Canada and its peaceful scenery that I witnessed on my trip. May be some day I'll re-take that same old route back to Alaska againShy

"THEN"

"NOW"

"THEN"

"NOW"

and this last song that I just added, may be you don't know this one (A case of you), if you care enough to really listen to the lyric that was composed by Joni Mitchell. Maow, I'm sure you gonna like it!

Thank you very much uncle Nap for the information of this song. Actually, this Four strong wind, really influence to few songs that K.Add composed. I believe Cin will sing this song on YT soon.

Thanks for these informations, they may seem so small but it's always nice to know. Just like the song said ".........Come what may".

I'm looking forward to watch/listen to Cin's version Cool

And what about yours? Tongue

I think I was kind of LIKE her when she was a struggled musician many years ago. But to me she's not as unique as the ones that I mentioned. I think I know why you like her. You like to LOOK at her more than LISTEN to her Tongue

I even think I like to LISTEN to "Sarah McLachlan" more than your STShy

อยากไปครับ
