He received Thai Gov. scholarship and currently doing his undergrad in Computational Biological Physics at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Massachusetts.
Worcester is about 1 hr drive from Boston (where you got your MBA few years ago)
And as you may know most of the houses in New England and North Eastern part of USA almost always have that kind of "Attic room" because the roof needs to have a high inclination to prevent the snow from collecting up on it. And mostly the attic rooms are cozy because the heat rises up there from below
Whenever we have a chance to go to Boston (visit friends), we always asked them to stay up at their attic room of their houses. we really like it up there for some unknown reason :-))
